Design Challenge:
Design a multi-use skyscraper which combines all aspects of urban living. Residential, Offices, Hotels, Retail, Restaurants and Everyday Amenities.
Concept:
Organized Complexity
Design Objective:
Understanding adjacencies and public versus private is key to organize such a massive building. Organizing the flow of users within the space will maximize the usage of the building and provide an experience.
