Being the Chief Design Head of Kshitij, I was responsible for complete designing of the magazine on time by co-ordinating with Editoial team & Finance team. I managed a team of 16 designers under me. I focused mainly on the cover page, overall formatting and proper distribution of work to the members of the team. In my tenure as the design head, we published 4 issues. Following are two of those issues and some cover pages that I designed.
