Asked to redesign the identity and layout for a magazine as part of a university brief, HND level, I chose to create my own look for British Gentleman's Quarterly, or GQ. We were first asked to update the logo of our chosen magazine, then re-imagine the front cover and DPS. I had recreated the article by eliminating all previous examples of copy in the published piece and replaced it with my own vision for the magazine. The cover was similarly redone, but with a replacement photograph from the same piece.
