OCCUPATIONAL BURNOUT 
 "Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress", thus in the emotional plan exhaustion refers to the depletion or draining of emotional resources, from which cynicism stem and cynicism refers to the indifference or distant attitude of work, and reduced professional efficacy refers to the lack of satisfaction with past/present expectations

The Classification of job according to the colour of there collar (previously), skill set, creativity and expertise.
VDT (V0ideo Display Terminal ) jobs. Those type of jobs where a person need to be in front of a video display device and work. E.g. IT professionals 
Smarter Work environment: the concept is to create an ecosystem of smarter devices which will not only help the smooth functioning of the job but also keep a close monitor of user’s health. It will contently monitor the user’s vital sign and will avoid any occupational hazers and help to adopt a heather lifestyle.
Stress Sensitive Garments: the concept is to wear a stress sensitive garment which will monitor the workout done by one’s individual body parts and also records the overall workout done by the body. Advantage of such garments is that it will not only monitor the workout done but will also suggest the parts of body and exercise which is being neglected. It will help in thorough body workout and improve the health of the individual.
Under One Roof: Idea is to boost the mental and emotional health. A mental and emotion wellbeing is very necessary for a person to be productive. An emotional wellbeing can’t be provided just by physical object. The correlation between the workers and to feel free and being wanted and appreciated in the job is important. Here the concept is to organise group activity and other programs to help people to express themselves, and also as a group.
