River City Rough Riders

  River City Rough Riders is a semi pro football team located in the La Crosse/Winona area. The team is a "For the love of the game" team.
 
Project Objective
   The objective of this project was to rebrand and create marketing pieces for the team. The organization lacks        marketing, so I really wanted to improve the way the team is marketed. Along with improving the marketing, some rebranding had to be done. I mainly wanted to have everything to be cohesive and look as one.
 
Research
  While doing my reserch I realized many of the teams did have a cohesive look and were branded a little better than the Rough Riders. I really wanted to make sure the Rough Riders stood out from the other teams off the field. To do this I made the two marketing pieces look like it belonged to the same brand. 
 
Concept & Solution
  When creating these marketing pieces I wanted to keep with the existing color scheme, seeing that these are the team colors, but make the pieces more modern. I also wanted it to be simple but look well thought out. My main goal with the booklet was to create something that laid out what the sponsor would get and something I would leave the potential sponsor with. With the booklet I wanted to keep the design simple to keep the focus on the text and also simple enough to use in other marketing pieces, such as the business cards, to  keep everything cohesive.

  Fun, Entertaining, Tough, Friendly, Inviting
 
Target Market
  The main target market is families and people who enjoy football. All of the games are family friendly and the Rough Riders really take pride in that.
