Logo deisgn, wanted to update old logo for a beautiful hotel located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Location is near a beautiful river, each room has a private balcony that opens the the river. The hotel has beautiful landscaping and the architecture is one of an upscale mid century lodge.
So the logo should have a Mid- Century Modern with a touch of "rustic charm" - but not cabin feel exemplifying the beauty of the mountains and the hotel, and use warm, inviting colors. Decided to focus on the feel of the property by keeping it elegant with a touch of rustic, warm, and inviting. They made a slight change to the logo but you can see it in action here.
