MUTABOR sets stage for “Hamburger Abendblatt” as work of art.
The weekend edition of this long-established newspaper appeared with a unique pictogram on the front page.
The result is a work of art that combines journalism and sign language in a manner unique in the history of typographical design. The weekend edition was issued with an artfully designed double cover so that readers could check their personal interpretations of the pictogram page against the regular, readable texts.
