The Portuguese Sardine

The grilled sardine are a typical dish of Portuguese cuisine and a gastronomic symbol identifier of the local tradition, the Popular Saints and it became a mark in the folk festivities of Lisboa.
It's in Popular Saints that the sardine are more appreciated and delights the people in the street animations. Extended over a piece of bread, sardines get a more characteristic taste, genuinely the Portuguese way.
