In Project 6 I have now created a landing page for my CTA 3 from Prjoect 5 to my website.  CTA 3 is a is a pop out for a visitor to speak with a representative. Although it is not currently possible at this time for somone to speak to a live cs rep at this time, I created a the landing page for a visitor to leave a message.  I made sure the CTA unique to the website that would let the consumer know that  even though a rep was not available, they still can leave a message for follow up. I have also added a terms and conditions to the site as well so visitors are aware of privacy policy. Visitors are now able to like on Facebook or share on Facebook directly from the Landing Page.
