Hero Complex Gallery and Artist Craig Drake present:

KUNG FU THEATER
*Not Limited to Kung Fu

Co-curated by Craig Drake & Adam Smasher

Print info : 18" x 24" Giclee fine print on cold press
Regular & Red Variant edition limited to 40 prints each

Regular Edition (was originally the variant version but I'm easily manipulated haha)
Red Blood Splatter Variant version
When I'm doing my vectors I try to keep them as simple as possible. That way if there's changes I can easily fix them without going blind trying to find shapes. It works for some people, but I like bold shapes. Also I rarely use the waccom when I'm in illustrator. A whole ton of clicking for this fella but if anyone is willing to part with their Cintiq I'm down with that!
Notice that some of my Blends aren't expanded yet. That could be a costly mistake in the end.
Quick concept, but killed it because the secondary (the villain) wasn't terribly recognizable

The Master Takashi Okazaki  himself
Takashi Okazaki art is just jaw dropping illustration.  Every angle he creates his characters there is an obvious intensity and beauty.
Just a natural talent
I highly recommend anyone love anime, kung fu, hip hop or if you're not, this will make you into all of those things.
