This series of photographs was created in 2008 in the context of the subject "Photographic Self-Portrait ", in ESAD - Caldas da Rainha.
Basically, it was intended that the student portrayed himself through Photography. I decided to represent the places, the people and the general ambience of António Arroio Artistic High School, where I attended my years of high school education.
In the meanwhile, this school suffered a general reconstruction, perpetuating these pictures on my memory and on all who passed through it, and that have contributed to the "arroio spirit" of creativity, open-mindedness, respect and tolerance towards others.
Esta série de fotografias foi criada em 2008, no contexto da disciplina "Auto-Retrato Fotográfico", na ESAD - Caldas da Rainha.
Basicamente, pretendia-se que o aluno se retratasse através da Fotografia.
Eu decidi representar os lugares, as pessoas e a ambiência geral da Escola Secundária Artística António Arroio, onde frequentei os meus anos de ensino secundário.
Entretanto, esta escola sofreu uma reconstrução geral, perpetuando estas fotografias na minha e na memória de todos os que por ela passaram, e que contribuíram para o "espírito arroiano" de criatividade, abertura de mente, respeito e tolerância para com os outros.
