For this Brief we had to develop a seven inch single vinyl sleeve for the rock musician David Bowie. We were given complete creative freedom for this project, we had our own choice of what song we wished to develop as a single. I chose the song 'Moonage Daydream' from his 1972 album 'Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.' I chose to go for a mix of a vintage and modern style of Illustration mixing a worn aged overlay with a modern vector based illustration. We had a choice of whether or not we use type, I felt the sleeve needed type to bring the image together. 
 
This was my first official brief for my BA Illustration Degree. I am very happy with the outcome and would appreciate any feedback.
