Introduction
 
 
 
Project They is created as an idea to summarize the work of the group of young people – the students, their organized actions in the field of art and an attempt to reach fundaments represented as experience and platforms, that would be quite enough for future independent work in that field, throught self-affirmation and affirmation of own perception of the surroundings.
 
Creating the team connected with common interest is the basic idea that created this art group – Tezak.
 
The need to create a step forward from the system of education, to speak up, or better to say, to tell something and show own strength in the real world, is probably coming from the feeling of energy and optimism more than frome some real knowledge. In order to reach new, to challenge already acquired knowledge break the prejudices and illusions, it is necessary put oneself in into of an open, unveiled and final brave meeting with the self, which is expened and reflected in. This is the model and the task for everybody who wants to develop the self and own his/her creative personality.
 
Individual work is an a nesessery paintfrom which one begins to building the whole, in this case – collective work. To reach and guarantee conditions for individual artistic work, it means to provide material resources, and to preserve purity and independence therefore, the group has to participate in coordinated and team work, in order to reach the specific goals, and at the same time, to ensure the conditions, creative work, whether painting or any other form of artistic expression is question. It is easy understand that in the times of social crises, the position of artistic most marginalized. Homogenizing and organizing, perhaps more than self-help, is natural and logical choice in that condition. By the idea, that individual system, much before then individual could reach and win better social position, equivalent is better conditions for art work, we came up to an idea that lead us to form the Tezak art, represented in the beginning of this paper.
 
 
 
Beginning
 
This CD, which we named as historical due to its presentation of three-years-period may not be that important when compared to some other periods, but it or us, it is especially important as pioneer work.In order to preserve and enlighten this period of shildish games with knowledge and possible consequences, to present the period to other people and be open for their judgment, and not to forget these unique expectations, sparkles and flows of untaned energy not let it pay we collected everything here and had it exposed. And here it is! Framed, fixed and sealed reality of all the things corried out in the past, being now bigger owing to their unision as a whole. In 1999 the Department of the Faculty of Applied Art was opened Kragujevac. Under such circumstances and in a provincial surrounding that strived to build an institution of the artistic profile, we found many reasons not to be satisfied. More precisely, there was a lack of additional, but very important factor that moves people, and makes them believe that some change has to be done, by themselves, because we lived in the post-war cireumstances, and many of us, members of Tezak Art, had began our education in the other, bigger and culturally more developed cities. As the belief that reality in Kragujevac would be changed by itself faded more and more, our dedication to solve the need for action grew much more.
 
An overview from the critical standpoint and measuring the offered cultural products become the everlasting vow and the common place which gathered and the idea that led us and kept us together.
 
In that still undefined and disentangled position we did not have any clear idea on joint work, but that mutual feature to show objectivism made us feel as a whole in relation to the rest of our social surroundings in which we were being education and most of us had grow up.
 
The idea ripened spontaneously from the need to be informed and not let information pass by It was the idea about organizing the circle of people as slose as a family, connected with the culture and fusion to make waves and move.
 
Some attempts were more successful, some less, mainly it only aroused certain, but the key moment for people we contacted was the lack of interest vision and painful tendency to be practical, only.
 
One of the important moments was the opening of the completion on the project, organized by Belgrade’s Cyber Rex-a ‘Opreznost’ (English word – ‘Coution’). The films were distributed with the task to create the serial of photos on the given topic. The exhibition of the best works was not opened; B92 and its Cultural centre Cyber Rex had problems with the ruling establishment of the time. As for us, the photos were developed and the decision was made, and instead of individual signatures, there was only one signature – the students’ group from Faculty of Applied Art.
 
It was the first actual action and the model which later developed into Tezak Art.

Uvod
 
 
Projekat They nastao je kao posledica sumiranja dosada{njeg rada i istraživanja kojim se bavila grupa mladih ljudi studenata, njihovog organizovanog delovanja u sferi umetnosti i poku{aja da se kroz afirmaciju sebe i sopstvenog viđenja okruženja do|e do neke iskustvene osnove i platforme koja bi bila dovoljna za kasniji samostalni rad. Udruživanje radi zajedničkog interesa je bila osnovna ideja koja je kasnije dovela do formiranja umetničke grupe Težak.
 
Potreba da se napravi iskorak iz sistema obrazovanja, da se progovori ili bolje rečeno iskače, oproba u stvarnom svetu verovatno dolazi iz osećanja mladalačke snage i optimizma pre nego iz nekog stvarnog znanja. Da bi se došlo do znanja, da bi se proverilo stečeno znanje i razbile predrasude i iluzije mora se doći u poziciju otvorenog, otkrivenog i konačno odvažnog susreta sa sobom koji se oslikava i reflektuje u spoljašnjem svetu. To je model i zadatak svakog ko hoće da izgrađuje sebe u stvaralačku ličnost. 
 
Individualni rad je element iz koga treba da se gradi celina u ovom slučaju kolektivni rad. Da bi se ostvarili i obezbedili uslovi za individualni umetnički rad  to podrazumeva najčešće materijalne resurse, a pri tom održala čistoća i nezavisnost dolazi se u situaciju neminovnog koordiniranog i grupnog delovanja da bi se ti sasvim određeni ciljevi ispunili, i stekli uslovi za bilo kakav stvaralački akt, bilo da se radi o slikarstvu ili nekom drugom obliku likovnog izražavanja. U vremenu društvenih kriza položaj umetnika bivao je najčešće, i sasvim razumljivo, marginalizovan.
 
Homogenizovanje i organizovanje, možda pre ispomoć, u takvim okolnostima su prirodan i logičan izbor. U ideji da sistem pojedinaca pre nego pojedinac mo`e da ostvari i izbori bolji društveni položaj iz koga proizilaze i bolji uslovi za umetnički rad dolazimo na početnu ideju i stav koji je doveo do formiranja Art Grupe Težak.
 
 
Počeci
 
 
Istorijska Edicija kao naziv ovog multimedijalnog diska, kada se ima u vidu period od tri godine možda nema težinu u pore|enju sa nekim dužim vremenskim intervalima, mada za nas on ima vrednost pionirskog značaja. Da bi smo to vreme dečačke igre sa znanjem o mogu}im posledicama i smernicama takvog poduhvata sačuvali i osvetlili, da bi to moglo da bude prikazano drugima i izloženo njihovom sudu, da se ta neponovljiva nadanja, iskre i izlivi čiste nesputane energije ne bi smetnuli s uma i postali zaboravljeno vreme, zato smo ih ovde sakupili i izložili. Oni sada predstaljaju zastakljenu, fiksiranu i zapečaćenu stvarnost svega onoga što je ta stvarnost sa sobom nosila, a njihova vrednost je sada veća jer su skupljeni i objedinjeni u celinu.
1999. godine otvoreno je odeljenje Fakulteta Primenjenih Umetnosti u Kragujevcu. Pod tim okolnostima i u provincijskom okruženju koje je nastojalo da izgradi instituciju umetničkog profila mi smo nalazili dosta razloga za nezadovoljstvo. Još određenije u post ratnom okruženju a budući da je većina nas (misli se na TU) svoje školovanje započela u nekim drugim većim i kulturno razvijenijim sredinama nedostatak tog dodatnog ali bitnog pokretačkog faktora uticao je na sazrevanje i uvrenje da se nekakav pomak mora desiti i doći sa naše strane. Kako su očekivanja, da će se ustajala i nepokretljiva kragujevačka stvarnost promeniti i postati drugačija sama od sebe, bledela, naša je odlučnost a može se reći potreba za akcijom rasla...
 
Takođe kritički pogled i odmeravanje ponuđenih kulturnih produkata postali su stalni zavet i mesto oko koga smo se nalazili, tačka koja nas je okupljala i skretala. U toj još konkretno nedefinisanoj i rasplinutoj poziciji nismo imali nikakvu jasnu predstavu o zajedničkom radu ali je ta kritička crta činila da sebe posmatramo kao određenu celinu u odnosu na ostatak socilalne sfere u kojoj smo se sada školovali a veći deo nas i odrastao.
Spontano prvo iz potrebe da se ostane u toku i da se ne dozvoli da nas informacije mimoiđu sazrevala je ideja o organizovanju kruga ljudi o povezivanju svih onih koji su u nekom srodstvu sa kulturom i o fuziji kao potrebi da se zatalasa i pokrene. Pokušaji su u tome nekad bivali uspešniji a nekad ne, uglavnom se sve svodilo na interesovanje, ali ključni momenat kod ljudi sa kojima smo pokušali da stupimo u kontakt bio je nedostatak vizije i boleća tendencija ka praktičnom.
 
Jedan za nas značajan momenat se dogodio kada je u organizaciji beogradskog Cyber Rex-a organizovan konkurs ili projekat Opreznost. Podeljeni su filmovi i zadatak je bio da se na istoimenu temu napravi serija fotografija. Izložba koja je imala da se odr`i bila bi rezultat odabira najboljih fotografija ali do nje nije došlo zbog toga što je u to vreme b92 čiji je kulturni centar bio Cyber Rex imao probleme sa vladajućim establišmentom. Sa naše strane fotografije su razvijene a odlučeno je da umesto individualnih potpisa sve fotografije nose potpis Grupa Studenata FPU.
 
To je bila prva konkretna esencija i model koji će kasnije prerasti u Težak Umetnost.
