A GREEN ACT

Here is my final project for Bachelor of Graphic Design course in RDI, Singapore. I had to do a project about sustainability and I chose to redesign the Plant A Tree campaign in Singapore.
A Green Act is a renovated campaign for Plant a Tree program in Singapore, which allows individuals to participate in making the city greener. Now Singaporeans can plant their own trees in some national parks and contribute to the City in a Garden. This program aims to give people an opportunity to donate to a young tree cost and plant it yourself. It helps to raise awareness of people about environment protection, prevents the climate change and gives people chances to really understand the importance of trees in our life. Planting trees by themselves is a special kind of connection with Nature. As the original campaign is too weak and has not had enough attention from the resident, the new campaign is to promote this program to the target audience; recover the weak spots, engage the audiences and call for participating. It also aims to change way of people’s perception and attitude about the importance and urgent demanding of planting trees.
Beside the design works for the campaign, I have to do a project book which includes all the researches, report, analysis, visual references, mindmap, sketches... and final designs. Here are some pages inside the book and the application of the final designs.
