Here's the finished logo mocked up in situ. In this instance the logo is placed on a bottle of gin and mocked up as an advert to be featured in print. My intial idea was to try to inject a sense of history into the brand.
This is the orginal idea redrawn in Illustrator as a result I could change the colours and experiment with height and stroke. In the final logo I decided on the black as I felt the features needed to be seperated.
The orginal idea for St.Vincent was sketched before adding to Illustrator to correct the lines and give the image a more defined look. Although I liked the shading I felt this image would be hard to reproduce across applications.
