Sometimes a client just needs a simple illustration in a short timeframe. 

For this project, we were contacted by a surgeon who had recently submitted a manuscript to a journal.  Peer review suggested he provide an illustration of the modified Mallampati classification system mentioned in the article.  We provided the illustration he needed in a short timeframe so he could respond to the peer review without delay.
