During the fall 2013 I designed and made a softshell jacket targeted towards ice and winter alpine climbing. This was my first foray into apparel design and pattern making and I did all the design, patterns and sewing myself as a side project. The finished jacket proved a success by solving many of the problems found in several of todays climbing jackets and have been used on many different climbs in Norway and the Alps.
