Opening titles for HBO TV series, Wataha.
Synopsis:
We are following the forest path. The camera looks up all the the time. We’re observing the top of the trees and flying birds among them. The birds, unexpectedly, from time to time create outline of human faces and some symbols for very short moments. After a while the camera is starting to pull back. We discover that what we saw it the reflection in the stream of the blood coming from among the high grass of the forest glade.
The whole opening title is mysterious and emotional. It’s one long master shot where we’re morphing from the macro world to wide scale. The beginning of the opening title is monochromatic – different tones of red, purple and black. While we’re discovering situation there are different locations’ colors appearing.
