The production of a model:
Front plate: CAD model of seperate parts in rhino, Setting up CNC, kneading the wax clay into a solid container, cooling down the clay, CNC-machining the positive mould, fixing the surfaces of the positve by hand, lubricating the surface, pouring  the plaster to create a negative (clay cannot be thermoformed, CNC could not create the required sharp edges on the negative mould), drying the plaster, fine sanding it, second lubricating, pouring the plaster and creating the positive plaster mould, drying/sanding, thermoforming, spray painting.
Back plate: Creating the model in CAD, (reverse engineering), export profile curve of the revolved plate, making a first revolved plaster model, repairing angles and edges on the CAD, repeat exporting curve and revolving again, fine sanding, thermoforming, spray painting.
