I was the lead graphic designer in the team that made RuterBillett, from 2012 to 2015.
Along the way, user testing of the design has been a major priority and I have both guided and observed the tests. We have used different testing methods from guerrilla testing for closed-area tests (lab testing).
Price: RuterBillett was voted this year’s app of Mobile Trends in 2013.

Ruter is a joint administration company for public transport in Oslo and Akershus.
Ruter plans, coordinates, books and markets public transport in Oslo and Akershus. All operations are carried out by the different operators running on contract for Ruter and by NSB local trains - all within the same fares and pricing system.
