Uncie Ro's is a local, mobile, wood-fired pizza company whose website I maintain. They are also the culinary geniuses behind Soquel Supper Club, a seasonal event that brings local food-lovers together with local chefs and local ingredients. My role was as a full-service marketing specialist. I created and promoted the event.
