The Well is a new mixed-use development planned for Downtown Toronto West. This vibrant community unites the common vision of Diamond Corp, Riocan REIT and Allied REIT - three of Canada's most highly regarded urban developers, each with their own specialty. They have created a one-of-a-kind partnership that brings together the residential, retail and office expertise necessary to deliver a truly integrated mixed-use environment.
Bruce Mau Design worked with the project's visionaries to develop a name for the site, as well as a communication strategy, brand architecture, visual identity and signage concepts. THE WELL represents the notion of living well in an urban community—creating an environment where people can live well, shop well, work well and play well.
Spread over seven and a half acres, the contemporary neighborhood will border Wellington, Spadina and Front Streets; it promises to capture the dreams of all who wish to enjoy the best of Toronto.
