The main aim of establishing a contemporary art museum is to link again the chain between people, society and the ART. The concept is to erect a huge, transparent construction that holds inside all the museum's activities including a Cafeteria, resting seats, a Library, an auditorium, and the management offices. Finally the exhibition halls emerge from this gigantic construction as windows to the sky and the city.
