After hours of speaking with local Californians about how their local government can really help resolve some of the basic problems in their local neighborhood, I decided to record a few of those conversations. I needed an editor to captivate the movement in a short film, but didn't have have the kind of funds that match my passion to get young Americans involved with making decisions in their local government. So i gave it a shot!
