The project takes the Balilla House, a former fascist building in the italian city of Mantova, to turn it into a student Housing. Taking into account its physical and structural characteristics, the intervention aims to preserve it as much as possible while allowing new uses in the interior which will have effects on its urban condition as an important point between the University and the train station.
