For a school project we revisited some of the old D&AD briefs from 2013. I chose to do the L'Artisan Parfumuer brief which was to design the labeling and packaging for four new scents that are based on bottled emotions.
I chose to create a sub brand of L'Artisan Parfumuer Tokyo because of my target market and based each of the new scents on an area of Tokyo.
The four scents were:
Kabukicho - Passion & Desire, Sex & Lust, Raw and Physical.
Ginza - Perfect Sublime love
Shibuya - Excitment & Fear
Roppongi - Elegant & Dignified
The shapes of the labels are inspired by the colour and shapes of the trainline maps that run throughout Tokyo.
