Restaurant 5 pennies (Viisi Penniä in Finnish) is a legendary local restaurant and tavern in Töölö neighborhood of Helsinki. 5 pennies offers delicious food and great selection of brews from small local producers as well as an extensive list of whiskeys. 5 pennies is also a home for sports enthusiastic, the Helsinki Ice Hall is just around the corner. 5 pennies is one of the oldest restaurants in Helsinki, it was founded in 1956. 

In the refurbishment process the adjacent commercial space was added to the existing restaurant. The whole interior of the restaurant as well as the kitchen facilities too were renovated. Our aim was to create a warm, welcoming and inviting atmosphere, a real extension to a living room. Our company Visionary Design Partners Helsinki was in charge of the space planning, interior design, procurement, site supervision and project management.
