Briefing
A major event organized by GE was to take place in Riyadh with the objective of presenting to important local stake holders it’s different products and services.
The program required a temporary structure that could re-organize the existing room for conferences and for exhibiting GE products.

Concept
To set the over-decorated historical style of the hotel’s room in the background, a light weight modular elements was devised that could be assembled in a continuous sequence of interlocked elements that would form a continuous perimeter capable of redefining the atmosphere of the room and at the same time defining the conference area and exhibit GE technology.
Each module was to be formed by an aluminum structure covered by stretched translucent fabric that was to be back-lit providing a remotely controlled system that could change in intensity and color in accordance with the flow of the event.
