The LGBT group known as LAMBDA work to raise awareness and unite the LGBT community at Harvard Law School. As part of their activities plan, they organize and host talks about diverse topics that concern the LGBT community. This poster was commissioned to promote their Frontiers in Sexuality talks. These talks analyzed the legal perspective of topics such as Polyamorous relationships, Polygamy, Adultery and Asexuality.
Taking the Asian myth of the red string of fate, the poster tries to question people’s perception of monogamous relationships assigned by “fate”. It brings to discussion inquiries like: Can with deeply bond with more than one person? Are we tied to have emotional or physical intimacy with a single individual? Etc.
