Most of my favorite projects involved honing a new skill or using a brand new technique. Nothing compares to the excitement of starting an adventure. This is a sketch that I screenprinted.
When I saw this chair on Craigslist, I knew that I wanted to reupholster it. The price was right (free), so I jammed it in my trunk and asked my aunt to borrow her sewing machine.
Having basic sewing experience, I meticulously took apart the pieces and recut them with new fabric. Once I sewed everything back together, and stretched it back on the frame, I was pretty proud of myself!
