About:

The "White Pebbles" is a collection of household utensils designed to accompany the harmonically sophisticated tastes of the Cycladic gastronomy.

The kit includes:

- A large-capacity jug for water / wine

- Two mills for grinding coarse salt and fresh pepper

- Two small-capacity containers for oil / vinegar

- A large platter that can also be used as a fruit bowl

- Two bowls for ointments and secondary dishes, with a detachable bracket

With unobtrusive and simple, organic forms, the set is designed to highlight the very raw material. The selected materials aim to exude the sense of purity and cite elements of the Greek, and more specifically the Cycladic, architecture and landscape.

The porcelain of matte texture refers to the characteristic white color of Cycladic settlements.

The recycled glass offers sufficient transparency in order to illustrate the cooking materials, while at the same time reminds of the crystal waters Cyclades.

The composition is completed with the addition of elements of natural beech wood and cork.

Both the lack of decorations and vibrant colors as well as the use of irregular, liquid forms, are inspired by the pebbles and the lines of the water, and aim to enhance the Greek insular identity of the objects.
