An oddly shaped plot in Hoshiarpur . The client requirements included the following :
* A real estate office on ground floor with living room , pantry and toilet
* A separate hall with kitchen and pantry for leasing purpose on ground floor
* Open to sky green area at front and back
* Separate entry for floor access
* 2 bedrooms attached toilet and balcony , kitchen , living area at first floor .
* Party area at rooftop
The spatial planning is done considering the clients requirement and focusing on natural light and ventilation wherever possible . The project is a combination of residential and commercial space and thus privacy has been the main focus .
