Remaining area: 32707 sqft Landscaping, parking, internal roads, and staff quarters

Architectural style: Lavish classical residence with a combination of modern and classical  interior decor aesthetics .

The floor plan is meticulously designed to create distinct zones for various functions. This ensures privacy and optimize space utilization. The proposal includes:
