SAFARICOM 7s PROMO
- Safaricom Sevens is the final rugby event of the Safaricom 7s Series. It is being held at Moi International Sports Centre,Kasarani (Nairobi, Kenya).
- Brief was to create a promo material for the event; Safaricom Sevens, to be aired on Zuku TV (Zuku Sports) This included a sting and a full promo, with a print ad being requested for at the last minute.

6 second intro video to be used for the promo.

7 sec sting with quick info on when and where to watch the event
SETUP:
Used Cinema 4D for this render. (Details below correspond to those in the numbered pictures)
1. Field made of cloned cubes with bend deformer for grass, modelled posts, and plane around the pitch for the rest of the stadium.
2. Physical Sky with AO and GI turned on.
3. Image of stadium for material on the plane, with an alpha to mask out the sky in the image. AO and GI gave made the impression of dark n lit areas on the image, the alpha channel brought out the morning mist effect and impression of presence of distant objects outside stadium.
4. Everything together
AE used for post; color correction/grading, flares etc etc.

This is the complete promo, with the footage edited and cut.
PRINT ADs:
Quick Ads created for use on newspaper. A full page and strip-sized images were required.
