My College Showreel
A SHOWCASE OF ALL MY COLLEGE ASSIGNMENTS
One of my final assignments was to create a video showreel showcasing all of my work done in the college year.
Most of the assignments are editorial, print and images, so the challenge was to present these static works in a video format that wasn't just a boring slideshow.
To meet this challenge, I leveraged the power of animation and dynamic transitions to keep the showreel both interesting and engaging. I really enjoyed the whole creative process, from planning to figuring out and executing all of my different ideas. I aimed to have a different transition between each project, not repeating if possible. Additionally, maintaining the viewer's interest with smooth, constant motion, whilst also balancing the need for moments that allowed the viewer to clearly see and appreciate the work being presented.
