The photographs are a distilled collection of landscapes, birds and faces I clicked over my school photography trip Ladakh, India. The city is located in the Northernmost region of India and is characterized by open skies, cold dry climate, and a spiritual vibe offered by the serene Buddhist monastaries prevalent there. The portraits are of children belonging to this Northern part of india and I found their facial features beautifully unique and peculiar to this part of india. The power of emotion and expression vested in faces is unparalleled to any other form of communication.
