Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami

When launching one of its most premium variants in the market, Johnnie Walker Blue Label approached us with the need of a way to encapsulate all of the product's tasting notes (its aroma, character, finish, etc...).
And what better way than to immerse the consumer in an 8 course dinner that pairs perfectly with the product, backed up with stunning visuals and SFX? This of course, accompanied by hosts that personify the character of the blend: a Japanese chef specialized in pairings and premium cuisine and Diageo's very own Reserve Brands Brand Ambassador for the Luxury Brans Portfolio.
The event started with a film protagonized by the two hosts and, of course, the unveiling of the product. This was achieved using a mechanical lift and an overhead light, creating contrast in the vast space with the focal point of an island where the bottle was displayed.
