After reading about multiple opinions on certain objects and their significance from other people, religions and countries, I decided it was time to ask those around me, I also ask the same questions of myself, how these object made them feel or what they reminded them of.

After reading about so many pre-existing symbolic meanings it was difficult to try and interpret the symbolism myself. I wasn’t satisfied with what I came up with, so I decided to create a survey/questionnaire for peers in my class and those outside the Art and Design rooms. 

I felt a lot happier about these results, it was actually very refreshing to see so many different contrasting opinions. If I were to do this again I would ask more people outside my age group.
