Observation of Change in Material Behavior when Properties are Changed from Isotropic to Orthotropic
Test for simple model with isotropic properties
The model is assigned with the isotropic material. when the modal analysis was the done the frequency obtained was 2517.6 Hz. which is good enough, but not so true. in real world we have different properties in different direction i.e., ortho tropic properties.
Test for simple model with isotropic properties
The orthotropic property analysis shows that the same model is giving low frequency to 31.8 Hz. Thus in research papers no one represent modal analysis for ortho as they are very unpredictable. This show the difference between theory and practical.
