Lorne Park Residence
Located in Lorne Park, this bungalow is unique in the neighbourhood in that it was built for and occupied by the Architect who designed the sub-division where it is situated. The building had little done to it when it was purchased by our Client. As part of the renovation we did the following work: removed a hall closet and designed a new screen wall to replace it, removed all the windows and replaced them with a storefront type window, re-located the kitchen and dining room, provided new floor finishes throughout and generally adapted it to suit the needs of a family with three growing boys.
