This one is close to my heart. On February 9th, 2014 we were married in Hyderabad. It was an early morning Tam-brahm wedding. Close friends and family came down and made this day even more special.
We wanted the wedding card to be simple and elegant, just like the wedding itself. I took inspiration from the marapachi dolls and the traditional kolam. These dolls, always come in pairs of male and female, are carved by hand, and considered very auspicious. Kolam is the form of painting you see drawn in front of all Tamilian houses using rice powder.
