FLOOR PLAN
On one level we managed to combine all the most necessary rooms: a spacious living room with a dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms with a spacious bathroom between them and a functional utility room. There is also access to a terrace with an additional seating area and an open fireplace.
In the center of the composition, there is a niche in the building where additional greenery is arranged. This technique connects the interior space and creates an accent not only on the outside but also inside the building
The main architectural idea is to combine dark and light volumes, creating a harmonious but at the same time laconic contrast.
