A digital live-event series
I was challenged to create a visual design system for Later's live events series. The brief was to create something cool, trendy, creative, yet elevated. And to communicate that our events bring together forward thinking creatives who are seeking the latest trends, tools, and tendencies in the world of social media.
Concept:
We wanted to combine old & new, use references to old-school concert and gig days, print-style posters — all to get people excited about a live event.
Live events are all about the people performing, the visuals create a sense of hype for our hosts & guest speakers, and a fun & welcoming atmosphere for the target audiences.
The use of bright colours and bold typography, help cut through the noise to make people stop scrolling, and start listening.
