Sea Turtles
The Amazing Animals project was a project in which students were asked to choose an animal and find a photograph of it. They were then asked to create an encyclopedic drawing using a graphite transfer technique. Next, they were to create 20 different logo sketches using tracing paper, and then, choose one to transfer into Adobe and vectorize. They were then asked to create 20 gestural drawings using supplies such as black paint, graphite, ink, charcoal and marker. Again, students chose one as their final and transferred it into Adobe. Lastly, students were asked to create 10 transformation drawings, turning their chosen animal into something else, and again they chose one final to transfer into adobe. After students had created each of these drawings they were asked to present them to the class.
