Photography
Photography was my first creative passion. In 1979 I entered a local art show and won 3rd place in the Best in Show catagory, from then on I was hooked.
Over the years I learned to develop my interest in abstract forms, using close range photography to capture the texture and form of the subject.
Commercially I used my skills in photography as a marketing tool for a variety of branding projects.
Below is a sneek peek into some of the works I've produced in the last 10 years.
Aftermath
Showing the destruction of elements of nature - what interested me about this particular image is after all the destruction, the mirror on the vaniety was still intact and unshattered.
8 Pointer
I found this image particularly interesting and then I added texture to the photograph while developing the image in the darkroom. The deer skull was hanging over the entrance to barn in rural South Carolina.
