Velox: A Retro-Inspired Two-Seater Rally Car

Velox began as a sketch during a break at work and turned into a passion project. It's a modern take on a classic rally car, blending retro style with contemporary design.

The initial sketch served as the foundation for Velox's final form. Throughout the iterations, I aimed to preserve its blocky, garage-made aesthetic, evoking a personal yearning for speed. The design philosophy prioritized simplicity over complexity; intricate, flowing surfaces were deemed unfit for such a project. Velox stands as a testament to raw passion and craftsmanship, inviting enthusiasts to embrace its rugged charm and envision the thrill of high-speed pursuits.

In crafting Velox's simple and rugged design, I paid special attention to the smallest details. Features like vertically opening door handles, chunky quad exhaust, and a single windshield wiper were deliberate choices.
