The Ephesus Experience Museum

Nestled within the hallowed grounds of the archaeological site, the Ephesus Experience Museum resurrects the rich past of this once-legendary city. It weaves a symphony of myth and reality, unveiling the glory of Ephesus, allowing visitors to experience life during its prime.
Architects, designers, artists, technologists, historians and archeologists collaborated to shape an emotionally-engaging narrative that captivates visitors from start to finish, transporting them into the fabric of history and breathing life into forgotten tales.
Cutting-edge immersive technologies act as a time-travelling paintbrush, engaging the emotions while informing visitors about history's twists of fate as the city rose and fell.
Visitors are enveloped by a vast 360-degree immersive film that dissolves into vivid particles as myth and reality collide around them.  A three-dimensional soundscape, rich with musical composition, evokes the melodies of antiquity, bustling markets and whispers of lives once-lived.  Dramatic narration is provided by a multi-language audio guide that propels the visitor through the experience, like a master storyteller.
In the first room, visitors learn about the Oracle of Delphi’s prophecies, and Androkolos; a prince from Athens who established a new city in Asia Minor. The room takes the audience through three temples; the first temple, the Marble temple and finally the Artemission; listed as one of the seven wonders of the ancient world by UNESCO.
As the city's chapters unfold, visitors will soar from high above the ocean down into the bustling Arcadian Way, meeting Cleopatra and Mark Anthony on the marble streets.  They will marvel at the splendour of the terraced houses, and feel the reverberations of epic contests at the ancient theatre as the city marches on under Roman rule. In the city's poignant twilight, a new belief takes hold before the metropolis surrenders to an age of silence.
The third and final room is dedicated to the city's protector goddess. Confronted by an awe-inspiring statue of Artemis, visitors will discover how Artemis has been ever-present;  a guardian of life itself, immortalised in the breath of the trees, the pulse of the mountains and the heartbeat of the city through the centuries. A majestic finale that will leave them spellbound.
