Their business goal focuses on not only importing and selling the authentic Sake from Japan, but also increasing recognition of SAKE, not as just a "Japanese rice liquor" in the U.S. As we categorize wine such as Chardonnay or Pinor by the name of grape, M&M company believes that Sake should be categorized as the name of rice.
