Foraminíferos bentónicos, son microorganismos marinos que viven en el suelo marino, muy utilizados gracias a su concha de calcio, que permite datar los océanos y nos dan las características de como eran en el pasado (paleo-micro-oceanografía).

Benthic foraminifera are marine microorganisms that live on the sea floor. They are widely used thanks to their calcium shell, which allows dating the oceans and gives us the characteristics of how they were in the past (paleo-micro-oceanography).
