NEA STUDIES N.1 
An English Reading of Old Southern Italy
 
Nea Studies is the new Nea Publishing series that brings together the scholarly material from our publishing workshop in order to share it with our readers. Underlying these new publications is our whole awareness that what leads us to publish a journal with a certain cadence is the research we do on writing and images. The process and methodology are never taken for granted; we amaze ourselves on a daily basis. This starting idea now allows us to open the doors of our editorial office with a new archive of research on what we experience in our editorial process.
 
In the first issue: 8 short stories in English, written by native speakers from around the English-speaking world from a scattered family archive belonging to a family in Southern Italy. An experiment that has allowed us to broaden the horizons of our speculation, to reach ever greater understandings of our mediums and languages.
